SIMBA WINS FIRST PSG
VIC DRESSAGE CHAMPS
NORTHERN SIMBA won both his tests, to become Medium champion Simba also placed highly in both Advanced tests.
JAZZSONG took out Preliminary champion and was second in the 4yearold Young Horse class.

Hubertus Schmidt rode Northern Simba in his master class. It was the highlight of my year to watch this master ride Simba over four days! Wow!! Simba was dancing by the last day! Hi everyone ,
So much to tell you but don't really know where to start. Sorry it's been such a while since I updated. Northern Simba was Elementary Reserve Champion at Nationals. Probably not our best test; had we got it together he would have won! (That's like saying the fish that got away was this big!!!!) Simba has been working amazingly at home. He was 3rd in the Medium test; I think this was his fourth time at Medium. I also rode Krack A Jack C in the Elementary. He was so good!!We are just getting to know each other and he will be super.
Northern Simba and Jazzsong Champions Upper Hunter Championships
Jazzsong, at his first competition with Christine, also scored 70% to be Preliminary Champion!
Django of Cacheral and Jeremy competed 'non-competitive' but scored also very well for a first and second(would have been Novice Champion).
MAY 2006
Northern Simba and Christine get invited to attend Ulla Salzgeber clinic in June 2006.
C.D.I 2006 N.S.W YOUNG HORSE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Northern Simba was named the champion 6 year old. Simba has won this class as a 4, 5 & 6 year old; this makes him the first ever horse to win all three age divisions.
KEURING
A selection panel of Dutch Judges who travel the world assessing Friesians chose Django Of Cacheral to be a star stallion which puts him into the elite band of stallions.... the 1st ever Australian-bred Friesian to achieve this. Well done to Django and Jeremy !!!At the beginning of May was the mini open day and evening with the Friesians at North Kaludah in the Hunter Valley New South Wales. It was an informative evening and a good time was had by all.
APRIL 2006
Christine and Jeremy had a very busy April. The beginning of April saw Simba go to Melbourne as part of the NSW state team. Simba placed 2nd in the Elementary and was a member of the winning state team. Meanwhile the team at home at North Kaludah worked to prepare the team of Friesians for the Keuring at the beginning of May.
Northern Simba
With Christine riding our new addition to the stables - Northern Simba who is owned by Elaine Harrision, at DC last weekend on March 11, 2006 we managed to pick up a first and second in the Elementary. Well done Christine and Simba!

Kaludah Schumann is a Salute stallion out of an Argentille Gullit mare campaigning in the 4 year old young horse class with Jeremy Janjic.(He has recently been sold to a happy owner in Victoria).
